CLIENT: Diageo's Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
DESCRIPTION:
The Morganizer allows consumers to snap pictures of their friends, transform them by adding Captain Morgan theme graphics to the image , and extract the people in the image and place them in a CGI Captain Morgan environment. The application allows consumers to share images directly from their mobile phone via multimedia text messages, email, Bluetooth, or posting to social networks such as Flickr, MySpace, Facebook, Orkut, and Bebo.

DISTRIBUTION
The application is designed to alllow consumers to virally distribute the application. Each time the consumer Morganizes an image, he can send the image and a copy of the applicaiton to his friends via any of the following mechanisms: (1) HTTP, (2) email, (3) Bluetooh, and (4) multimedia text messaging. The code identifies the correct manufacturer, model, and service provider of the recepient's mobile phone and install the correct version of the application.
MODE 1:
In Mode 1, the application allows the consumer to place Captain Morgan themed graphic elements on top of the image that was snapped.
MODE 2:
In Mode 2, the application cuts out the face of the person in the image and places their face into a premade template.
SOCIAL NETWORKS
The application allows the consumer to post his Morganized images to his own social network accounts on: Flickr, MySpace, Facebook, Orkut, and Bebo.
